Ordering and Shipments to Canada

For orders shipped outside the Continental U.S., please contact us at corporate@laptopdesk.net, or call our toll free number at 1-888-527-3375 or our local number 909-948-1828 and we will be happy to give you a price quote for international shipping.

If you are calling from Canada, you need to know that you are responsible for any and all duties, fees and taxes that are levied on your side of the border. UPS also charges a fee for Customs Clearance. Sometimes the Clearance fee is equal to the price of the product ordered. Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service could also be subject to the same set of fees. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what those additional fees will be. But once the order is delivered to you and if you refuse to accept it due to unanticipated duties, fees or taxes, you will not be eligible for a credit.

To provide you with an accurate shipping quote, please provide us with your complete shipping address along with country, postal code and phone number. We also need to know which items you would like to order and how many of each. We will get back to you with a price for the complete order including the shipping costs.

A word about Shipping and Delivery

Since 2009 we have partnered with Amazon and employed FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to process our orders and ship them to our customers. Our advantage is that Amazon stores the product in their warehouses to achieve the fastest delivery and our customer's advantage is that they receive free shipping on any order over $25.00.

If you experience a delay with any Amazon order you must follow-up with Amazon. We can not help with delivery issues. Please see your Amazon sales receipt that was sent to you when you placed your order. It will have tracking information as well as information on returning an item. If you can not reach Amazon via email then you can call them on their toll free number: 866-216-1072 to request their assistance.

A word about Packaging

From our very beginning we have been committed to bringing you the best accessories for your iPad, tablet and notebook needs at the most reasonable prices. One of the areas we look to for cost reduction is the packaging. None of our products are sold in retail stores so there is no need for the more expensive retail packaging. All of our products arrive to you with sufficient protective packaging to prevent any handling or shipping damage during transit.
